ECOFROST: THE EVOLUTION OF ENERGY SAVING IN EVERY SEASON

ECOFROST is the evolution of the Termogamma ECOWIND system, which evolved from the kit-ECO Termogamma: the function of energy optimization winter adds, ECOFROST, the ability to be integrated with a self-generating heat at high efficiency to become the both generator and saving energy. If the heating system is already present, ECOFROST has all the advantages of saving KIT-ECO Termogamma but has the ability to evolve into an autonomous system. As the ECOWIND system, ECOFROST works even in the summer and ensures constant ventilation of the rooms continuous air filtration, thus purifying the environment and making it more healthy and comfortable.

Furthermore, ECOFROST can be equipped with an air conditioning exchange battery in order to use it during the summer and to let ECOFROST evolve into a traditional complete HVAC system.

ECOFROST WINTER: Recirculation and destratification

In industrial buildings, the warm air produced by the generators of heat migrates towards the roof by convective motion, layering below the ceiling and slowly dispersing heat to the outside through the roof. More the building is high, more this phenomenon is considerable. The inhabited area, therefore, is thus the less heated. ECOFROST Termogamma prevents heat accumulation and its dispersion in the upper part of the room, balancing the temperature between the lower and upper part of the building. The use of a diffuser fabric PVC coated micro High induction will, in fact, to obtain a better distribution of air within the room. The special shape of the holes on the diffuser produces a decrease in static pressure at the surface of the diffuser and this pressure drop draws the surrounding air and produces significant convection. The induction of such a diffuser can, in this way, treat an equal air volume up to 30 times the air volume moved by fan. Thus, ECOFROST Termogamma allows to fully exploit the existing heating systems, ensuring a perfect uniformity of temperature in the environment and having a consequent energy saving. Alternatively you can install the version with an high efficiency heat generator: destratification obtained through the micro-diffuser can, in this case, upgrade the performance of the generator.

SUMMER OF ECOWIND: Ventilation and filtration

During the summer, the function of the system will be to ensure release of "all-external-air-flow" at a lower temperature than the environment and offer an intense movement of the air with evident feeling of wellbeing due to the effect of ventilation. The application of a filtering system allows the ventilation unit to make a perfect and continuous treatment of the air inside the room, removing the contaminants. Air filtration in industrial production rooms thus ensures a significant increase in comfort. Moreover ECOFROST can be equipped with a battery for the air conditioning in summer, for environments that require special temperature and humidity conditions. VERSATILITY AND LOW COSTS Termogamma ECOFROST applicable to different situations (sports facilities, industrial warehouses, greenhouses, malls, offices, open space, warehouses, supermarkets, etc..) and it is adaptable to any geometry, since it is available in a wide range of customized solutions. The ability to work in full recirculation during the winter and only-ventilation during the summer allow to reduce energy consumption to an absolute minimum. AN EVOLVING SYSTEM The peculiarity of ECOFROST is to be a fully upgradable HVAC system, both in winter-mode both in summer-mode. This allows you to choose the degree of complexity of the installation that better fits the needs of the moment, without foreclosing the possibility of future improvements, in case needs changed. In this sense, ECOFROST is really a solution "for all seasons."
